What this site collects

If you fill in the early access form, we store the email address you give us, which of the four options you picked, and the ward or constituency if you typed one. Nothing else.

If you do not fill in the form, we store nothing about you. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no session recording, and no third-party script of any kind. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google.

Your browser stores two things locally if you use the theme control or the colour picker. Those stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

What we do with it

We email you when early access opens, and we may reply to you about it. We do not send a newsletter, we do not sell or share the list, and we do not pass it to any advertising service.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you asked to be told when a product is ready, and we are telling you.

How long we keep it

Until early access closes or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Ask and it is deleted, not flagged.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email privacy@campaign-os.uk and we will action it within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
